These fuckers in the above picture are people we know as doctors. I’m not saying all doctors are fuckers. However, what pisses me off is that most of these people aren’t trained to provide health. No offence meant to anyone who’s family members are in this profession.
They are trained to prescribe synthetic chemicals prepared in a lab and call it medicine. The sad truth is:
MEDICINE is NOT equal to HEALTH!
You probably know that I’m pissed!
My colleague has hyperthyroid with three surgical procedures on her thyroid gland.
My cousin has hypothyroid and PCOS.
A client has PCOD.
Another writer acquaintance has Hashimoto’s.
A friend got diagnosed with hypothyroid after giving birth to her son at 37.
Another client is hypothyroid.
My son is hypothyroid.
Out of the four years that doctors study medicine, they only get seven hours study of nutrition??
Like what the actual fuck? I wonder if any of the doctors of my contacts EVER got their iodine levels checked before being prescribed thyroid medication for the rest of their lives. They didn’t do that for my son.
Each years or so the doctor keeps increasing the medication dosage, but it doesn’t do shit to heal their patient.
Unless things hit home, no doctor seems to care. They don’t seem to use their brains.
I’m not done yet. I have a major problem with what the world thinks it means to be intelligent. Thing that is parked all the way up on the top of your body - your head. That grey stuff between the ears. That’s it.
That’s what people think intelligence is. Fucking bullshit!
Intelligence needs to be applied in order to make a difference and see the difference it makes in your life. As far as I can see, the media doesn’t want that. The social media, medical and pharmaceutical industry don’t want that.
You and I are left on our own devices to do the experiments on ourselves! To see what works for you and me individually. That’s intelligence applied. That’s what helps you gain access to the wisdom that resides in your cells.
Listen to your body. Give it the right foods and environment, and it will heal. But in today’s world where the toxicity load is ever increasing, your body is fighting harder and harder to protect you. If you or a loved one are suffering from an autoimmune disorder, or thyroid issues, I highly recommend looking up books and interviews of Dr. David Brownstein. Here’s one to get you started.
It’s time to wake the fuck up! And take your health in your hands. You need to do your research and work with a health care provider who understands the role nutrition plays in your health.
Not the one who is trained to give you pills, and then more pills for the side effects of the pills from the first set of pills he/she put you on. The food industry is simply a vehicle to take you to the medical industry. They want you SICK, so that they can profit from you. They don’t care that you live a long healthy life.
You are responsible, if you, like me, want to live a long and healthy life. Real self-love is when you start calling out on your own shit in order to grow. Personal responsibility is self-love 101

The training is exactly the same with migraine and headache, hormonal health and who knows what else. When I asked my neurologist a) about cutting out gluten from my diet his reply was “I wouldn’t bother”. B) what support Is available to me? “There is none” was his response.
One thing I’ve learned about our healthcare service is that it is there to save lives and treat disease. It is not there to create health, and, as you mention here, we can do that for ourselves. I’ve seen this described as unfortunate. I don’t know that this is unfortunate, more that it will benefit us to understand this. And empower us to know that we can create health and that is not their remit.
