Self-love is hard simply because the ego mind loves to win. The war within is about stopping feeding the ego and starting to feed the soul instead. People are hungry for love, disconnected from their spirits. Generational trauma is being unconsciously passed down. I learned to stop the trauma at me, which marked the beginning of my journey of self-love in my book WIRED FOR SELF-LOVE. There are many layers to us to discover. The tiny morsels of wisdom and insights will guide you when the journey gets tough.
Until you know yourself, you don’t know how to love yourself. If you don’t know how to love yourself, you won’t know how to love others. It’s as simple as that. Self-love is
the antidote to narcissistic abuse, and
the key to a better relationship with yourself and others.
The Relationship Academy is a podcast hosted by Neha. She has uncomfortable conversations on her solo podcast as well as with her guests. It’s the things that we don’t talk about that cause problems in life. In order to avoid having these problems or resolve them, we need to have the uncomfortable conversations.
